Removing of nose cones and seals for cleaning or replacing

Unscrew the manifold from the handle.

1. Unscrew manifold

Turn both closures of the manifold housing cover

90° and slide off the housing.

2. Slide off housing

Push the mounting tool on the nose cone and

unscrew it

3. Unscrew cone

1. Eject the pipette tips.

2. To disconnect the manifold, pull it downward as far as possible, and only

then turn it clockwise.

After one rotation, it should no longer be pulled downward while it is being

turned.

3. If the manifold is unscrewed pull it downward again to loosen the mag-

netic coupling.

Disconnecting handle from manifold

The manifold must be screwed into the handle counter-clockwise, until it

audibly snaps into place.

When mounting the manifold you must not pull it downward.

Attention:

Improper handling can damage the unit!
